Bundles of Bulldogs is hereinafter referred to as Seller. Anyone interested in purchasing a bulldog puppy from Seller is hereinafter referred to as Buyer. Seller presently has a litter of nine AKC registered English Bulldog puppies for sale. Buyer warrants that he is familiar with the English Bulldog breed.
Seller will place puppy on hold for Buyer with a $500 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. Deposit is partial payment towards the total purchase price of the puppy. Buyer understands that this deposit prevents Seller from continuing to offer puppy for sale.
Buyer must pay balance of purchase price and pick up or make shipping arrangements within one week of deposit. If Buyer does not make payment arrangements within this time period, Seller may place puppy for sale to the general public and Buyer will forfeit his or her deposit. All shipping costs are responsibility of Buyer. If shipped, Buyer is responsible for shipping insurance if he or she so chooses. Puppy not received by Buyer within this time frame will incur a kenneling cost of $10.00 per day. Seller accepts

Seller warrants that the puppy is in good health on the date of purchase and that all necessary de-worming treatments and vaccinations have occurred.
Buyer agrees to take puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of taking delivery of puppy. Buyer should have his or her veterinarian do any tests he or she thinks necessary. Seller must be informed immediately if this examination results in a negative diagnosis. All veterinarian costs after Buyer takes delivery of puppy, are Buyer’s responsibility.
If Seller’s veterinarian concurs that the puppy is unfit for purchase due to illness or disease, the cause of which is attributable to Seller, Seller may exchange the puppy for another one of equal value. Seller will make no cash or credit refunds. If Buyer fails to have puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of taking delivery, Seller incurs no further responsibility. All veterinarian and shipping costs in this event are responsibility of Buyer. Further, normal minor illnesses, such as Coccidia, Kennel Cough, Cherry Eye, skin allergies, or other non-life threatening illnesses are excluded.
Upon purchase of puppy by Buyer, Seller shall furnish papers certifying puppy is from the AKC registered litter noted above. Seller warrants said pedigree but does not warrant final coloration, height, size, disposition, championship status or any other condition beyond Seller's control. Further, Seller does not warrant against any injury or stress that may occur to the puppy after the puppy has left Seller's possession.
